There is nothing you can do on the internet that you cannot do over a VPN like Hammachi... It's not very secure, a pain in the butt if you have more than 4 - 5 players and slower than a direct connection... but it works.

Since the process of setting up on a Hammachi VPN is no different that setting up for a LAN (of course) there is no setup specifically tailored to Hammachi... there's no need.
