clan error

hi im getting error 58 when i try to talk in clan master, and my website wont show the char lvl ranking, clan, etc, and the status is always online. I already followed all the instruction in sandurr clan sticky thread but i stopped with the SQL Server Surface Area Configuration i dont know what to do with that, because the image link was dead
