clan rank in sod

hey..
i have problem with my clan ranks..
all clan system working 100% all database already setup and sod ingame working fine the only problem is when personal player or clan doing rank in sod its not save it and not post in on website..
and when i use clan sandurr software and i add from there rank its do appear on website so what is the problem?

I'm not an expert but I think it has to do with levellist DB in your SQL server. not 100% sure though.

when i open levelist in SoD2DB i have char name char class char ID and ID and and everything is null its should be like that if not how to change it?anyone and thanks kurociel
