Certainly 1 player lagging has a knock on effect. If a player can't get health results from a player they attack, or two players are attacking the same hostile, the lagged results create lag which creates lag which creates... and so on.
Busy servers need to be tougher on lagers. Quiet servers are actually more fun for people with a slow connection.

Setting ban in SQL is quite easy to program, reading hack log text file is quite easy... DC? I think you can add a name to blackuser and take it of seconds later and it will take effect, otherwise it's down to adding an IP block to whatever firewall you use for a short period (5 - 10 sec) or running via a Proxy you can filter packets via IP on. There may be more solutions, IDK.

With a maximum 5 users and 15 accounts (absolute top) I have never needed Auto-ban.
I have manually DCed and banned players, and "played" with logs, but don't get on well with the SQL.dll and Clan.dll that make many of the logs work fully.
I would guess PTProtect only logs, and you'd have to implement a banner based on it's log results.
3 ways to ban
- blackuser (plain text file, just add account ID, IMS, on separate lines)
- SQL look up user ID in AccountDB, open table, set "LastDay" or "DisuseDay" to past. (Can you set "BNum" to a record in dbo.BlockUserList? I haven't tried, but that gives many more options.)
- Firewall / Proxy / Packet filter = really custom solution, but you can get all the bits to cobble one together quite easily. (PeerBlock works, automation was a git last time I tried but source is available. DeleGate can be adapted to any protocol, many routers have http or telnet interface which can be manipulated by most scripting engines PHP, Perl, Python, VB or other WSH, Powershell?, AutoIt or AutoHK etc.)
As for pre-built solutions, I suspect there is a requirement for availability of up-to-date versions of those from the discussions here before now.
Also. I think Maximum level was 70 or 80 when jPT4096 was released to us... so a level 90 character with standard level 90 kit could still possibly be considered "overpowered". XD

I think Imris problem is that PT Protector only logs, and doesn't actually do anything about what it logs, and then tweaking the sensitivity on what is logged as a secondary concern. Thanks for the tweak though. :D:

trnh1 you are a noob. PT protector does work, don't say "so true" when you actually don't know anything about what you're talking about. If it doesn't work for you, you need to START (by double clicling on a .exe file - There must be tons of infos about how to start an executable file)
It asks your sql ID and password ? why ? To read hacklog in accountdb ?
Nothing is working with you but have you ever wondered if it wasn't YOU that couldn't use anything properly ?

I do listen to you and I am sure that the ptprotector is working well but I said that it's not working for me after I did all the right steps.
I did configured the sql part well and the error step also,
then moons what do you think I should do after I did that and I also looked on the ptprotector release to see if there is more instructions.
so instead calling me noob try to see my problem and help me and if not someone else.

If something doesn't work for you it means something went wrong, so instead of telling to ppl that you did everything right and good and talk in a style of a big man you shall say : "i checked the SQL info few times and the info is right, do you know anything else that can cause the ptprotector not to work". If the SQL info is right it means the problem doesn't come from there isn't it?
People here get angry on you cuz of the style you answer/talk to them after they try to help you.
About your problem,
Try to test the pt protector on your own pc on a new sql databases. maybe something went wrong in your SQL scripts or SQL confiuration.
Also 1 more thing i tought about is, in the errorlibary of ptprotector maybe you wrote "client energy error" not right with missing letter or w/e. check it.
Also try remove anything releated to ptprotector and resetup it from 0.
Smexy like you can see my english is not perfect and it's very hard for me to express my self like how do I really want to, and I never try to be the "big man" like you have said.
Anyway, I checked the ptprotector on my own pc with a new sql database and it's the same.
My error libary looks fine (I think) the error is like the one you can find in the logs
