[HELP] need help on launching the server...

Lol, there is only one exe you need to launch to get the server running, depending on the server you downloaded, I cannot tell you the exact name of it.

im using madness pack..and by the way.....why does the 4096.exe having some errors whenever i paste the char and field to the server side from the client side, but when i remove the said folders the 4096.exe launch normally without errors........im using rpt's client.......and i cant connect...always connecting failed...ive tried deleting the sql.dll....still cant connect.....ive removed the login_server and the area_server....still cant connect...

ive followed madness guide but still cant connect......

how many odbc do i have to make?
i only made 1 and thats AccountDb=Sql server...

maybe someone should just put together a whole new repack... maybe ill work on it. lol my last one gots alota bugs in it bcuz someone went and re hosted it up after they messed with my original release. anyways ill start working on that right away.

Try not using rPT. Many people have problems connecting to their server due to a file, I forget which that prohibits the client to connect to other servers. This is also why I made the BNF client repack. It's clean and partially updated. Whatever is not there, you can just barrow from the rPT client. The server however should work... the BNF client in it's current state I believe is 100% compatable with Superman's McMaddness repack.

your bnf link is dead......well now im having a problem with this unable to connect thing...umm can i request for a full client files.....coz as ive mention im using rpt files..as well as phil pt files..ive tried deleting sql nothings change...still cant connect....ive tried removing the loginand area_server still cant...ive tried using jptadmin.exe still cant....all ip's are preconfigured (reg.idata.and hotuk.)....same ip,same version,.....ive put some hotuk.ini in client files...still cant...ive tried using hamachi still cant.....wat seems to be the prob....hope you can help me in here....
