How can i switch my Charater to a monster

I saw yesterday a GM, he coulnd switch his Char to a monster, and a Valento name GM run away in Ricarten town, how can i do that ?

thats all /mymodel char\folder\folder\archive.inx

And ur char mustn't be more than lvl10 (or maybe 9)
