How do clan increase lvl for free

Hello plz help me with this i do AVD server and want do clan increase lvl for free but how i cant find where change seting for this.

i mean for example, if your level "1" you can create clan? or .......

no when i create clan i want increase lvl clan to 2lvl 3lvl 4 lvl and i want to do this for free.
Because for 2lvl and 3 lvl need adena and SP next quest item .....

man, u r in the wrong forum section, this is PristonTale section and u r looking for Lineage II forum

In pristonTale isnt clan lvl, if u create a clan, is the same of everybody (with the same max number of members) in lineage u need adena to add the lvl so go find the right section ^^
