That's odd... because my server knows nothing about any Premium item, not even the item code, and yet if the client knows about it (I use jPT 2400 to test) then I can buy and use the premium item... P-Pet only gives me an icon in my inventory though... clicking it does nothing. But I can't remember if it removes the inventory item, or just leaves it there as a useless item.
Manna Down, HP Up, Gold, Silver and Bronze packages just work without the server knowing anything about them, if I just place them in a vendor file.
I'm sure you have researched it far more than I have though, so don't let my external observations distract you. I guess it's possible that jPT 2400 only has part of the P-Pet data.
in my server.exe i have this codes, and have bronze bar, mature sheltom, other cristals all of renaissencePT or rPT.Quote:
...Phoenix Egg.....................PI101...........,...,...RenaissancePT.......................................................pi101................................................................
i think we can use this codes for apply in game.exe and use P-Pet:thumbup:
Obtaining Phoenix Pet (Temporary Fix)
This method requires the use of WPE(Winsock Packet Editor)
- Login up until character selection screen(do NOT choose a char yet)
- Start logging packets, switch to game.exe and then choose a char
- Once you've loaded your char in-game stop logging packets
- Find this line in your filter log, should be one of the first few
4.....GH.....,.C(#..CharacterName..M}..8.......U...8............
^ Right click this packet and click "Send", once done check in-game
If you did this successfully you should have a Phoenix Pet over your head
There's no PPet Icon notification it will exist until you close game
Also, the pet will attack with damage equal to that of your base damage
Now before anyone says anything - I know this is not a true fix
I'm only posting this to give you guys an idea of how the pet is created
No... that's fantastic! I'm going to try WPE now as most packet sniffers are now struggling with WOW64 (I think) on my system. I've not seen on that can copy and replicate packets.
I need to know the directions though... but we'll see if I can't figure that once it's running.
