How to do Bless Castle and SOD tax work

How to do Bless Castle and SOD tax work ?
When I go to the Bless Castle Controls it always says 0 gold tax .
Even if ppls use the BC Teleporter and pay gold .
And in SOD the tax doesn't work too .

How to fix it ?
