Is it possible for a eng V3103 server?

I was on the real priston tale site and i saw there is the new version 3103, is it possible to make a server off of that version. If not i will find a way lol. Because doesn't that version give a new variety of things?

The only thing you use from those clients are the .dll's & item files which are pretty much standard between all kPT/jPT/ePT/bPT/tPT files, so it should work fine.
