Ahh this is hopeless, ive followed the guides to 100% and read most of the threads, could anyone help me out please i would be so greatful thank you

As to your problems... specifics would help, people are working to create new guides to cover the missing images and such, so for a complete answer to *everything* you will have to be patient. But we can fill in if you just have a couple of blanks.

Oh i am sorry, well i managed after 10 hours constantly fixing and trixing to get my server to work. and now i cant get my admin status altho i can log in with the "admin" password to any account but not get access to the gm abilitys

The Admin password isn't for GM commands. It's for server admins to vet accounts.
