New Monster Effect

I see Goblin Shaman on your picture, it will be missing his DL sound, to fix it do this:

I would add those tables to server just to be sure, PT is reading them after all, you can't tell that there is not switch in server that will tell sever to check client using this data.
On my server for example I have to add them to server or else they will not work.
