In hex editor change the number for new % of age failure..
in red... chance to age fail in +0 to +1.. 00=0 (age perfect = no failure)
in green... chance to age fail in +1 to +2... 0A = 10% (chance to fail = 10%)
in pink... chance to age fail in +2 to +3... 14 = 20% (chance to fail = 20%)
thus for ahead..
28 = 40% fail in age +3 to +4
32 = 50% fail in age +4 to +5
3C = 60% fail in age +5 to +6
46 = 70% fail in age +6 to +7
50 = 80% fail in age +7 to +8
5A = 90% fail in age +8 to +9
5A = 90% fail in age +9 to +10
5A = 90% fail in age +10 to +11
5A = 90% fail in age +11 to +12
5A = 90% fail in age +12 to +13
5A = 90% fail in age +13 to +14
5A = 90% fail in age +14 to +15
5A = 90% fail in age +15 to +16

You need opne the server.exe you are using with any Hex Editor and find these lines.
