kk plz answer me this.. theres no exe to start a emu or server.. like im used to ive had a WoW server for like 8 months soon.. im used to an Exe, is the server starting automatically?
cause i always get "unable to connect to server" and ive done it 57891 times now dl'ed new server client and reinstalled PT like 7 times.. i dun like to give up but gees..

i dont know what more could be wrong but i have followed every guide and suggestion in this forum, im not asking for any trouble just a "small help" , i have posted my details and files so someone could "pls" clarify me things and point me in the right direction
i have the following game exe and description of what happeneds when run
3096 game exe = produces "unable to connect" upon login
game admin .exe = runs but upon the "create char" crashes,..
game3.3.2A.exe = runs, but upon load, it quits saying gameguard detected blabla, clicking cancel quickly doesnt do any good
game3032.exe(EPT game exe) = produces "unable to connect" upon login
i also posted my pt emu server w/c is i downloaded here, hope someone can help me out or point me in the right direction coz even though i followed everything correctly still cant test the emu server....

this guide is written in text, video guide will be delayed since i got a few RL problems..
Connect to the real pristontale with a default account (like: test-test) and press Enter.
Open up regedit by pressing Start>Run>type in regedit and press enter.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Triglow Pictures>Pristontale
Once in the prisontale tab edit Server1 , Server2 and Server3 to your LOCAL IP(192.168.x.x)
You can find your local ip by clicking Start,Run,cmd >once in cmd(command) type "ipconfig" without the quotes and your local ip should appear.
Don't touch anything else and close regedit.
Now go to your client folder (C:\Program Files\TriglowPictures\Pristontale) and find the file ldata.bmd located in the map Image. Rightclick and open it with notepad or any other texteditor.
Now simply change that ip to 127.0.0.1
now go to your server files and open your Server.ini in the Config map and make sure every ip is set to 127.0.0.1
Now download the hacked game.exe and hotuk.ini(somewhere in this topic) and put it in your pristontale map.
If there is a Gameguard map, delete it
now run your server and double click the hacked game.exe and as soon as your gameguard updater/checker shows up cancel it as soon as possible.
Now your server should work just fine.
Don't forget to create an account xD
*pre made accounts DO NOT work, they will cause your client to crash*

How do u make spec items? how can i get quest items?
i still dont understan.. run your server? theres no way to even start a server what ever i use i get error of files invalid or missing.. like this file from the converter.exe : comctl32.ocx. and from trainerorig and itemserver i get this:
run time error '339':
component 'mswinsck.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file missing or invalid
okay for those working with this server, heres an idea: make an tool for making accounts! then a tool to make a server run, and make it possible to have online.. i have seen one before but whas in the early 1.x versions. they had a guide how to connect to theyre srver and you "pm" a admin on theyre ite they made an account you could connect as easy as shit... maybe it whas easyer to code back then.. i dunno im into "world of warcraft" but getting tired of it now sp i want this game.. up. heard some of the UWC is breaking up i dunno if its true some going with other emu's and others looking for new games to emulate, dunno if its totaly true but if it is get them to this game or wait and make one for pristontale 2..

I didn't really understand what you ment with - "tool for making accounts", If you have the server files you can create accounts with ease. Or did you ment that someone build website for the emu with registration and all but its pretty much stupid to do that because multicast isn't implement but I guess you know that alrady ("and make it possible to have online").Quote:
