I've only just put it up, and it's working fine for me... I'll try the old MegaUpload here or the first 10 d/l ers can get it from RapidShare

I hope something here will work for you. They are all fresh uploads from my system, not "found" URLs, but I know these sites tend to have large script requirements on your browser.
