Supposedly you don't have to edit anything in that sql.dll to get it to work.

Edit correct Username, Password and SQL Host in the following files:
SQL.dll Reg.reg
Clan\clanInsert.aspx
ServerMain\settings.asp
ServerMain\SODsettings.asp
functions\database.asp
- Merge SQL.dll Reg.reg

Yes those you do edit with your information. But you do not need to edit the sql.dll itself.
