Unknown Problem with editing monsters files!

I dont know why i cant edit!! itry all the tools for editing monsters rates: gold/exp/drop and it doesn't work!! here its example for problem with eiditing exp rate with XpEditor by Sandurr:



And this error shows not only to one monster file, to all the monsters files! why i cant edit the server rates?.. :X i must get a solution for this problem!

Edit: I can still edit the rates without a tool.. (go into the monster files and edit myself..) but its take a lot of time to do that for all the files!! so i must do that with a tools but i cant.. :\ so plz help me to get the tools to work! thanks..

I know that only inf files its valid monsters files.. -_- but this is the problem!! (the ini file just was a test..) i try to change the exp to all the monsters files.. the inf too! but it says "Not Valid Monster File" error.. :\

how to fix it?!

There was another one released by telatoro right when pt servers came out, it worked fine. I'll try to find the link

The problem appears to be obviously simple. You should use only .inf files and yet you ask the tool to change the exp rate of an .ini and even of an .exe so of course it's not gonna work !
