Getting a Postgres Conquer Server With Router

Okay, i had a server working if anyone remmber War2You Co and i had modem and didnt had to do any forward ports and other shits.
Well we bought router and i think i know how to forward a port. but the problem is iam not sure from everything, i feel there is somthings are changed, not like modem use.
I did the same way to make a appserver site and the Server i couldnt connect from other pc ive tryed lots of things and couldnt work i forwarded some ports like: 80,8000,5432,5861,9958,9959 and still. wont work.
the problem is it work on my own pc but cant log other pc maybe anyone can give me some more help, and please dont tell me to use MySql because it never works with me.
maybe any one can help me to check if everything is good we can use Team Viewer or Messenger.

Nevermind! and pshh nice forum no one answer anymore anyway i figure it out (ALONE).

Lol just use MySql its alot easier. I never understood Postgres too much
