Hello all, I am very new to all this so i hope i word it correctly to state my wishes. I am trying to learn game development using unreal game engine blueprints. I do not speak programming at the moment but have an engineering background so formulas make sense and i can slowly absorb some code. My question to the team is no matter where i look or how i google i cannot understand how conquers jump mechanic is programmed. I have tried using physics equations but it seems the time in air, jump height, and jump speed all vary so i am missing something. I am hoping someone can explain to me how it works or share with me some code that i can see the math behind it to understand the variability. Please advise.
