{HELP}server/config IP-s (C# source CO FULL SERVEr.exe)

So my problem is here, i dont know what Ips to put in server.dat and config.ini, i have had the server work a long time ago and i remember putting localhost in config.ini. But what to put in server.dat? i have tried my ip "192.168.1.***" and it does not seem to work. 217.159.***.*** does not seem to work either and localhost doesnt work too. What to put in server.dat at IP?

hm i put into my server.dat my ip and if u will start server it shows you a ip. this ip i use too
