Well right now the most popular known server is Qonquer, but they don't use the files that are posted here. They code their own. Search for it on Google.
Yep QO is the best,and the others won't be released for public for a time,i assure you,because of the bugs and uncomplet things.

There are private servers, some are not out and not ready
Those ready private servers are COWS and QO, right now there are news of Coemu private server going to be up and running, you can try your luck there
