Let me clear some things up..k?
First: This is now closed source project, if you ask for the source in ANY way shape or form: you will be banned, and IP banned from the public server(when I decide to let everyone on)
Second: The SVN and all downloads have been removed, if you have the source great you are allowed to use it and modify it all you want, however I need to make some things about that VERY clear
Second.1:
YOU MAY NOT, IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM, DISTRIBUTE, REDISTRIBUTE, POST, TRANSMIT, SHARE, OR ANY OTHER MEANS OF "GIVING" THE SOURCE TO ANYONE OTHER THAN YOURSELF, OR THAT OF A MAJOR GROUP OF DEVELOPERS OF A CONQUER ONLINE(Registered TradeMark Of TQ Digital/NetDragon Websoft) PRIVATE EMULATED SERVER(YOU CAN ONLY SHARE THE CODE WITHIN A GROUP OF CODERS FOR A SERVER THAT YOU ARE WORKING ON, AND HAVE FOUNDED, ALSO THAT YOUR SERVER DEVELOPMENT TEAM MUST BE LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO 15 PEOPLE) YOU AGREE, BEING THAT IT IS YOUR DUTY TO REGULARLY CHECK THIS SITE FOR UPDATES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE(TOS), THAT IF YOU DO TRANSMIT THE SOURCE CODE TO A NON-SERVER CODING GROUP, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT LEGAL ACTION CAN BE TAKEN AGAINST YOU, FOLLOWING THESE TERMS, AND YOU WILL BE HELD LIABLE FOR ALL FEES INVOLVED IN SUCH.
The term "coder" is defined as any person that creates and then includes/puts his/her code into the original source code.
Second.2: Now that is cleared up, I'll sum up that rule by saying: You can't share the source with anyone, unless you found a sever(i.e. CoEmu), then you can share it with your coding team, however that team can contain no more than 15 developers.
Second.3: If you choose to continue using any source you obtained from this site, you must VIVIDLY display that you are using COEmu based source code, meaning that your users have to be aware that you did not code it entirely by yourself, you have to have something IN GAME saying you are using our source.
Second.4: Being that you understand these rules and/or terms, you agree that if you post our source code on any site, anywhere in the world, that you plead for a ban from that site, and that you understand that the source will be removed promptly.
Lastly, simply don't ask for source. It's not worth it, we aren't releasing anymore. Don't try to bend the rules I wrote, I'd rather not have to deal with legal matters. I'm allowing you to use the source you have, just denying you the right to redist it.
However, I would like to add there is a 50/50 chance that we will release an exe that is slightly customizable at the completion of the server writing.
