    Um.. you shouldnt make server if you dont know how 2 start from scratch :)
    learn C# or maybe C++ it depends on you and couple things about SQL

    Learn it, write it! :D

    If you want to learn about conquer servers the packets etc...
    use the search button for server files

    and contact me if you want to learn the basic of C#
