You can make a registry webpage yourself. Teach yourself html, xml, and java and you can do more than make the registry page. Its what im doing. Just google it.

Theres a web script for conquer already called COAdmin on the CoEmu forums, but the maker said that its not to be released anywhere but there.

Conquer doesn't use MySql, it uses PgSql.
