Can Anyone teach how to use npko and editstatchar

ei i just wondering if any1 can

teach me how to make an GM account and to edit a starter char too.. that i can make a cele char and put high stats on every char i make..

cause when i successfully run the WYD world Emulator

and register an account on DSRV and when i try to log in

in NPKO and choose a server it says disconnect and when i try to
log in the admin account it log in successfully but when i use GM command nothing happen nothing chnge...

and plz.. teach begging all pro here

and btw how to window mode it..dont know to...

plz.. teach me.im just begginer on making a server
