[HELP]Cannot Connect to my server

I have done everything right and i don't use router or have firewall. I use chinese 6.13 client and the "patch FateWYD" What am I doing wrong because i cannot connect to my server. It only stand No Server in the client. I'm using apploc too.

Hope someone can help me very fast!!
