Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. how to balance hp/ap War Clan ?

Easy, you just have to verify that the rings do not deliver any HP and AP and other items such as weapons, melee and note that only the HP and AP clothing.
