Encryption has nothing to do with wether it can be used, it depends on the type of files they used.

Warren is making a remake of it as you said but he's been mia for a couple weeks now.
He was talking about revamping and making it a lot better though, so maybe when
he's back he will work on it some more and have it really close to the original.
(Knowing Warren it'll be pretty damn close)

He's actually been inactive for quite a while now and has been temporarily fired due to inactivity, but once he's back he'll be rehired. And gunblade you'd be surprised at how much Warren knows about this Map aswell as many others.

Just loads of research. I remember testing warren's original attempts at it back in 09. I wish I could say I still had the files.

The original of this map was never released o_O

And until i see proof you actually played in it its bs.

Which, I believe it was never released either. Even as far as the oldest clients that have been released, there's not much going for it.
