Ddos

Hey guys..

i hate those discussion but now i dont have this endurance anymore to find that out.

Since yesterday a person started to DDOS my VPS since he did something wrong and got kicked out of the room by other members.
No he is freaking mad and he already was banned for insulting/treating and hacking other members.

Now he just wont will stop to do this shit.
So i need some suggestions how i avoid those frekaing DDOS everytime when the VPS restarts due to the DDOS the problem was a bluescreen.

Also adz told me to block the remote port etc but i want some other suggestions too..
Would be cool if it wouldnt cost like 500$ a firewall or something.

Something simple and a working solution.
