To be honest, if you want to develop a server/client and your not capable to fix some small buggs then you shouldn't start with it at all.
Maybe hire someone or buy a fully fixed and custom made source
All the servers available at the moment require some knowledge on bug fixing etc...
Nothing is "Bug free".
Trust me, there's always something lol. But check the stickied threads in the Releases, I think Phoenix updated it a little.
