There's something wrong with your .exe file, I'm guessing.

It could be so many different things.. All I can say is double check everything to make sure it's right

Is there an mlog create by the client? if so please post it.

On the Screen Shot, the Guy is using Windows XP Service Pack 2.
I don't know why his Gunz.exe (July 2008) can't run to his Computer/PC.
Is it the anti firewall doing it or something? Try turning it off.
Have you recently edited any files? Like model, .xml files, interface etc. If so undo what you edited and see if it works. I've had this problem lots of times after editing files, it usually happens because something isn't edited right. If you can't remember anything you've edited recently then just try re-downloading everything and starting over.
YOu need the moment of when it's crashed if it crashes before even running the game it's something in the runnable and then there is a chanse of not having a mlog.txt or well a empty one all tough it should be there post it if you can? and upload your runnable i'll have a look...
He probably tried to found out the problem himself before he posted.
if you aren't doing anything on client 1 possible issue your got a virus
Does your client have some addon's? like anti-lead or anti-hack or gunzExp?
