How to make gunz read korean xmls?

I've added multilanguage support to my client, but the korean/japanese files fail to load anything, it just shows question marks. I was wondering if it's possible to make gunz read the charactersets correctly?

Nah monk I'm working with a brazil based source. @NubPro, I installed both korean and japanese language packs, but it still pulls up as question marks.

Tried changing my language to japanese/korean from windows(doing both languages),it only made one line of text readable.

Update, figured it out, I forgot to change the systemlocale in windows, it works fine.
