No you can't. If you want our serve online 24/7 you need a Vps(virtual private server) / Dedicate ..

Try using Google for once. Search Cheap VPS and you'll get millions of results. It's not rocket science. Like ryukrey said if you want your Gunz up all the time buy a Dedi or a VPS.
