ANYWAYS, Idk if its possible with reshacker but the launcher source code is released with 1.5.
Btw most here wont spoon feed you, sense that is fairly simple inside the launcher source, you can google how to add music to a c++ application and get 100 results.

Install Resource Hacker.
Open your Launcher in resource hacker.
Mess around in the folders till you find a .wav file.
Right click and do your thing to replace it with your own.

You could also be smarter and run the song through html/php through the browser page the launcher runs..

Or just make the webpage in the launcher a page with an autoplay flash player, that hooks up to a webserver/online radio station. You can also edit the launcher so that it doesnt close when gunz opens to keep the music going. You can do this to cut back on client size removing BGM.mrs and if you develop the webpage well enough people can pick from a large assortment of genres/playlists.
Keep that in mind, you don't need to edit anything. ;) Sometimes the answer is closer than you think
