Match server crashing, need help

Sorry But no. This issue of your match server crashing is either A. Your using the wrong Database, use the GunzDB.bak from jurien and restore it, after that, make sure your configuration matches your information in ServerStatus.dbo and LocatorStatus.dbo, don't forget to configure your Locator and MatchAgent. Juriens Repack works out of the box, meaning no edits are needed to get it to run, other than simple modifications to your server files.

Don't waste your time installing virtual machines, its not your operating system.

I do not have GunzDB.bak in the files, I have normal GunzDB15 I will try using it.
also i'm using the #3 files of Jurien not #1 nor #2
another thing, whenever I start my match agent it doesn't pop up, nor show me that it is running but in the log it says ' registered successfully ' I don't know if this might be a problem for anything

i'm using 2005sql btw, idk if i have to use 2008 as my odbc didn't work when i used it so installed 2005 back

somehow i managed to get it work odbc with sql 2008 and done the restore of the db.bak
but still crashes, but this time on the ms i got some errors i didn't had before

man, your problem is odbcad.


re-install your sql server and ssms (i recommend 2017 version) and configure our odbcad system using name of your sql server instance.

pretty sure that is not the problem though, had 2005 and everything was smoth still got crashed but will try it anyway

everytime happens when i finish installing , i do restart my pc and then i install again and then ask me to restart ... same thing
not working for me idk why and dont care why cause pretty sure this is not the problem even though i dont understand shit.

okay nvm, now im having new error with 2005 sql cannot open new database GunzDB no idea what in the world is going on and why this is going on, i have no more power to fight it and try to delete or install stuff
but there u go a video where i wanted to do it, and my pc name on odbc, just in 2008 it dont give me my pc name idk why.
and couldnt do odbc cause couldn't open new database ..

your new database must be another name, not "gunzdb", because the .mdf (with GunZDB name) files already exist.
