You can also open ports from Windows Firewall.

Open cmd, type "ipconfig" and see what is the default gateway IP, use it to login to the router's settings, and from there search for the Port Forwarding tab.
default login details are usually "admin"/"admin" (sometimes "default"/"default" or "user"/"password").
