About the Mainsvr does not reject an answer (hangout) just close it, start it again... its ur machine who can not handle that much of opned theards at same time, it worked perfectly on the root, with 64gb ddr3 ram, but at my local pc, i still have the same problem, so just try to reopen it some times till it works...
and about the Second database problem, just creat a new database.dat
step by step :
Step 1. creat a .txt file (do not write anything in it! )
Step 2. change the .txt to -> .dat file (same as u do it with the e.pk files !(html)))
Step 3. put the database.dat file in the same folder near ur mainsvr !
Step 4. start the server, and the Database should be reseted (Koemv2!)

for you database.dat problem:
close all your server ( auth, db, main ) and clean the database.dat => save it and start ur servers ....
for ur 3rd job problem:
take a look in the skill.cfg !!!!
PVPReduceVal = ?? value ?? test out what u need
