Made this town for a long time ago, used KWE to make it dont expect much, use it, edit is make it like you want. its just a clean town you can fill it up for more. outside you can place some mobs its a big open area hiden around narooth i thought. only the pool you need to change atm you can walk it just change the waters.
Also the Dungeon 2 tower there can be used as a portal to another place. hope some people will use it, my name for the town is Sinister city, screenshots from town + random area in the link bellow.
