Downlaod link don`t working :( why?:(: any1 have it? can give me??

when i open mainsvrt, come error and it close. when i paste new mainsvrt then it work, but then i can't login to localhost :D, (unanle to connect blabla) somebody help ? :D

E: now i can type the id,pw , but login button don't work-.-
