[RELEASE] Maplex - A cyclic redundancy check (CRC) editor

Maplex is CRC editor for KalOnline files. Our dear friend Phantom* made it for me few months ago. I decided to make it public since crc tables are now public also.

You need to use with commandline.

Dublicating the obstacles in D1 that was shared with the Royal Tomb. This was so we could make icy statues in our transformed Ice Dungeon.
