how can i get editing the F1 System?

Hi guys!
I have very bigg problem! So, i install this repack and upload patch. Now i can play on my server but my friends cant enter ;/ They have this same patch what me ;/ I dont know why. :( Please help me! They have good IP and good PORT but if they change server is show message "Unable connect to server"! Thanks a lot.

editing the f1 system = going in e.pk and searching for files like team.dat kininfo.dat rates.dat etc etc and edit them as u wish

I too had that problem my friends can't login but i change ip and port in costum. What i do wrong ?? plz give me answer
