hm i got a question which might sound dumb o,o
can i create my stuff in 3dsmax or somewhere else and then simply reopen it with blender and export to .gb -> use in kal?

Yes you can, but you have to have a .3ds importing script for blender... Then you just export it as .gb and it's done.
