how that maybe you deleted some files by wrong so be sure from the files cuz tickets working 100% any many ppls used it

btw i know someone else who downloaded the same version (1.3) he has the same problem ;) i think you forgot to select the file while you uploaded it.

I don't think it's about the xampp version (i have the same version).
The whole website works except the tickets (view and submit), kinda strange. I will post a pic or vid when i come home.

Here, a friend of me have the same problem. Login with ID: testweb pass:testweb

It will take +/-10 secs to load the page, try to create a new ticket

i sent ticket and it working fine you can see my ticket from user panel [Tickets] so what the problem ?? i dont see any error
