My Question is :-
From Where and How to change the damage of skills ?
Does that from which config in server side or client side ?
hope someone give me a little explain about that :)

Does depends on the files you use.
If you talk about clean engine, there is only one, or maybe two ways to do it, the first is ofc, coding it urself, the other one is to delete the maxgrade informations and adding more grades via skillbooks, but mana will be consumed way more then before.

If you talk about revolution files, then I just can say, no way :p not included into these which we use.
