i downloaded int g70/g75 which was posted and all armor and weapon works except archer shorts. the skin changes a little but its still not the g70 skin. any suggestions how to fix? all armor is (Action 13 1).

just redownload the files.. you dont even have the fix bow.
tried re downloading files and put in fixed bow. that didnt work so i deleted armors and copied from test client and still the shorts dont work.

Thats a quite common problem of archer shorts, isn't it?
Try to enabled
HIGH_EFFECT=1
HIGH_EFFECT2=1
in setting.ini
