Anyway:
If you was trying to setup plugins without the Phntom explain:
"Copy swordfish_import_unstable.py, swordfish_export_unstable.py, swordfish_gb_unstable.py into your Blender scripts directory."
And without any knowledge about blender, or program at all.
You think you knew which folder put the Export/Importer?
Well yea, the scripts can be put into C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\.blender\scripts\ ( this applies only if at the blender install, you've choosen to put the scripts folder same as blender itself.
Otherwise, it will be in %appdata%\.blender or something like that.
