I know how to fix this>>> I have this problem before.

first ininstall your SQL server >> then if you finished go to your Program Files, you will see the microsoft SQL server still there, delete it manually then reinstall the SQL server agine.
if you do that , you can restore the kal_auth and kal_db againe ^^


atless that what I did and it works with me.
