Caughting hackers (IPs, UG c/l) ty for help

#1 example..someone is hacking with noob account, then he login on main account, how/where can i see all accounts which have been used on same IP?
So when i see ex. 5accounts same IP (one of those hacked someone) i can block all 5 accounts.

#2 How can i caught underground c/l hacker? (smth in db coords..)
