Never have GMs on your server.
If you do, don't give them admin 8 or 11, make them admin 3-4.
IMO, GMs just ruin servers. (Yes, every single time, GMs ruin the server. :] )\
Also, don't have too many GMs. Just have 1-3 of them.

They have less authority then. They can't use certain commands. ^^

My GM's have number 8 but I changed commands who I don't like that they use it like /addxxx or /storage.
So they just can use some useful commands. :)
