Config.Pk Help

I alwas wonder wich Program i Should use to dectapt my Config.Pk I mean If Some one Open it he can only See something Like japanese Sings Answer me fast pls ^^

when you edit a config.pk save as swordcrypt and make a copy of the config.pk, then make exlucisve crypt on the currently config.pk, since u cant open exclusive crypted config.pk's.....then when u wanna edit....use the copy that is swordcrypted :)
